If you wish to obtain zee gasmask you must pass the mission of finding it first! I have left the answer on another pilot photo on deviantart or you could do what I do and scroll through various google results of "soviet, russian, pilot oxygen masks, world war 2, gas mask" stuff like that. As for your first question, he takes photos in front of a green screen, mixes those with photos of an abandoned building or something, then photoshops them together and makes a neat little effect where it's part comic part real life :3 good luck on your mission fellow minion *salutes*
