Reason for Applying: To improve her healing abilities, learn self defense, and to make some friends.

Abilities: Hydromancy, especially in healing via water

Alias: Isea (ih-see) or Bail

Bio: Born near the Shetland Islands Iseabail essentially lived like most selkies, often going to shore with her mother when shedding her skin. When she was eleven, she was careless with her seal skin and a fisherman who had spotted her mother stole Isea's skin and held her as a ransom to take her mothers' place. When her mother accepted the trade, he instead kept them both with him and locked their skins away. When he finally forgot the key and took off on a long fishing trip, Isea and her mother found their skins and fled back to the sea. After having shut herself off from most of society and even barely daring to go on land, her mother convinced her to sign up for Drake Academy to at least learn some defensive skills and hopefully open back up to people.

Personality: A bit of a shy loner at first, but she does love having friends and can't stand being alone with too many people around. She loves to do crazy stunts, even those that would probably injure her. Isea is also pretty stubborn when it comes to her ultimate desicion or opinion. Often found gazing at the sea longingly, and her absolute favorite pasttime is swimming.

**Extra info: She is a selkie, but due to her past experience she denies this fact and claims instead to be a human gifted with hydromancy. She has horrible paranoia of someone trying to steal her skin and force her to become their wife, so she keeps the skin locked in a small chest and always carries the key around her neck, even in bed. Often if she gets nervous she reaches up for the key. She doesn't go to the beach and transform unless it's in the dead of night and she's absolutely sure no one else is around, even usually going into a cave or somewhere to hide her clothes and transformation.
She isn't too fond of math, since she never really needed it to begin with and finds bigger numbers to get more confusing as it goes.

**Okay, so Dessy did the most wonderful thing by outlining this for me, and then she colored it because for some reason paint was being stupid and wouldn't work right. Dx so please don't be mad that it's not my own coloring. But she said GIMP decided to be stupid before she could write anything after it had been colored, so that's what happened.
