This is the form needed to purchase a Portrait Animation from me. Once you have a place on the list please download or take a screenshot of this form to fill it out in paint or some other program and send me a link to the finished form. The price of each option is the small number in the box. Not all of the options have a cost.

He's a Dutch Angel Dragon. An Open Species made by Ino(forgot what the rest of her DA is) So he has horse like features to him. Horse shaped head and body.

Eyes blink, ears sway,wings you can leave out, icon yes, shading yes, frame rate is up to you, preferably at least 8, wind type whatever you think works, sky elements-petals, sky, the second choice looks nice, colours of sky is up to you, whatever looks best, background, whatever you think is best.
Character is my fursona, shezarae. She is a white, gray and blue dragon, and keep in mind she has hair and feathers that would be moving. Oh, and she has two sets of ears DX
I hope that's enough info for a price. I'll have the ref for you as soon as possible ^^

Here is the ref:
If two sides of her face are visible, just keep in mind that the Right side of her face is white with a few spots, she doesn't have the dark patch over both eyes, however she has the dark spots on each eye brow, you can see it if you look closely over the large patch at the left side of her face. Her eyes and inside her mouth are bright orange. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Also, can I order another icon, same everything just facing the opposite direction? We want them to look like they are standing together :3

With him, just keep in mind that those spines coming off his back are in Fact Feathers. So they should move with the wind :3
