if it isn't transparent set it to overlay or Multiply
it would be nice if you give me some credit for the base but you don't have to ^.^.

here's his colour ref |D it's not very detailed so you can play around with colours <3
his uniform is mostly white is cross is silver and is the only jewelry he wears and his wings are optional C; his hair is blonde, and his eyes are blue.
He's kinda stern, so he won't be smiling and shows very little emotion.
