This is Melaina's torso and facial region in form two, I drew this the other day and forgot to post it here whoops.

~~ALL INFORMATION~~

~GENERAL INFORMATION~
Name: Melaina Davison
Age: Believed to be in her early to late 20s
Appearance: Depending on which form of the two she has she takes, she will look like one of two things. One; a beautiful brunette with green eyes and tan skin, and two; a creature with a gray-scale shade of red skin tone with gray blotches randomly placed throughout her body, pitch black hair with black eyes, the left eye having a red iris, horns, claw-like nails and fingers, and legs that are reminiscent of a werewolf (without the fur I mean, I'll try to draw this form eventually). Whatever clothing she is wearing at the time of the transformation on her legs will rip slightly because of the way her legs change, but not to the point where it's significant (at the most there will be a few holes around her knees or ankles). Her teeth also become razor sharp in this form, and her pupils become slanted like a snake, dragon, or cat's. There are several forms in between these two that can show up (this doodle showcases one of them with the red irises in her eyes and the slightly sharpened teeth).

She does wear makeup, just not often as she doesn't really need it.

~KNOWN FAMILY~
Nothing much is known about her family, although her biological parents were villains that were killed by a Hero in a fight when she was little, and she was taken in by a couple that have powers, but never did any hero work (although they supported Heroes). She might have been young when it happened, but she still remembers who took her family away. Her foster family have recently gone missing, and so has Melaina. All evidence points to her doing, though they do not know it is the sweet girl they took in, rather an unknown villain that broke in and kidnapped all three family members.

~RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING MAIN CHARACTERS~

I feel the need to preface this: she does not care for anyone. How good her relationship is with others depends on how much she tolerates them.

Dementia
- I would imagine when they first meet Dementia has the mindset of her possibly taking Black Hat away from her (even though she doesn't really have him in the first place) and would constantly start fights with her and lose, but eventually they form a older/younger sister relationship and cause mayhem together when Melaina is in the mood for it.

Flug
- I never thought about her relationship with Flug, but I can tell you that she would use him for many tasks (using powers that I will describe later in the post) that she doesn't feel like doing herself, and he would be scared of her when she is in her second form (and understandably so). He is just as much of a pawn in her game as he is in Black Hat's.

5.0.5
- She tolerates his acts, but if what he does is too far on the goodie-two-shoes side, she will not hesitate to threaten or harm him (though he will regenerate like Alan Ituriel confirmed in a live stream).

And I saved the best for last...
Black Hat
- I don't think they would get along, as I don't think Black Hat really gets along with anyone, especially since they have a very similar personality (that being pure evil, although Melaina has a much longer fuse than he does when it comes to how easy they explode in anger) and similar personalities tend to clash a lot and cause arguments frequently. I do think they would tolerate each other, though Melaina's way of talking to people doesn't change depending on authority, so she'd taunt him constantly, which can cause fits of rage. I'm on the fence about "officially" shipping them together as Black Hat despises love, although that doesn't mean he's immune to it (he may have left his heart behind literally when he cared for 5.0.5 once -- as confirmed on an AI AnimationStudios live stream -- but caring comes from the brain not the heart as portrayed in media, and he can't really get rid of his brain (at least I don't think he can)), and I admit to thinking of scenarios with my friend mentioned above where they were in a romantic relationship, but I highly doubt if she was a canon character they would ever be together (there is statistically always a chance, but I doubt it). If they were I can imagine a Bonnie and Clyde style relationship but 1000x more powerful, but since that would most likely never happen I imagine she would just work for him after striking a deal (that deal being if he houses her and helps her control the aspects of her powers that she cannot, she will work for him without pay since he "looks in need of workers that are actually competent"). She requested his services in a video message that she sent to the manor that she recorded the night her foster parents disappeared (her exact words will be typed below in the post). She would probably also be a pretty worthy sparring partner to him if he felt like not just snapping his fingers and doing major damage to her.

~RELATIONSHIPS WITH SPECIFIC CHARACTER GROUPS~

Heroes
- She despises heroes and will gladly show them who the real threat is. If the villain requests that the organization hands them over alive, she will do so reluctantly. If not, she will eliminate them. She is on the bad side of any hero that knows of her but hasn't run into her. She is feared in some heroic circles, but since not much is known about her in the public not a lot of circles do in fact fear her.

Police Forces
- She is on the bad side of the police forces that know of her second form, but since she has two forms, they don't know of the more normal-looking one, so she blends into crowds easily. She knows how to get rid of evidence leading to her human character. She is responsible for many missing persons cases, especially heroes who have gone missing at the request of the Black Hat Organization.
- I can imagine some things are police jurisdiction and others are hero jurisdiction, so that's why I mentioned both Heroes and Police Forces as separate groups.

Villains
- She is feared and respected by those who know of her, though some don't know their place and she is not to the level that Black Hat is. She also completes her tasks from the Organization flawlessly and has earned a reputation and is requested for jobs by applicants. If Flug and the others mess up bad enough she is also known in this community to fix their mistakes. Rumors have been spread in the villain community that Black Hat and Melaina are closer than they seem to be in public but these rumors are false (she was actually disgusted by the thought of being in a relationship with Black Hat when she heart the rumors, and they also prompted Dementia to start a fight with her in rage before she talked her down).

~POWERS~

- She can switch between two forms, as mentioned above, but the switch is tied with her emotions 90% of the time. This is what she requested help from Black Hat for.
- She can hypnotize people similar to how a succubus or siren would by using her voice and her eyes to do tasks she doesn't feel like doing at the moment. It wears off when they complete the task, and when it wears off the victim doesn't remember what happened. Flug is a frequent victim of this. This does not work on Black Hat, and will never.
- She eats people and animals like Dementia, but she has more self control. She can't digest bones so she usually coughs them back up in a cartoony fashion, and because of how her stomach acids work it makes a protective coating on the bones so they don't wither and become brittle and easy to break. She has given Flug a full skeleton for a scientific model before, but she keeps most skulls in her room as trophies for her victories. She gave Dementia one and it is now colored like a sugar skull and she uses it like a football.
- She has these spider leg-esque spines that can sprout from her back when in her second form that act as a defense mechanism, but also are able to be used as weapons or a way to get to places faster
- She can manipulate shadows around her to create illusions of herself.
- She can manipulate security cameras so that they don't show her in either form when luring heroes away from crowds.
- She knows she is attractive in her first form to humans and the like, and uses it to her advantage.
- No one knows what exactly she is, but I would classify her as a shapeshifter with two forms.
- She can heal herself incredibly fast.

~PERSONALITY~

Melaina is a classic manipulator and Black Hat is really the only one to see through her guise because... well, he's Black Hat, and I'm just assuming he's an all-knowing deity. Flug figures it out eventually, but using her powers she can still manipulate him to do her bidding when she's bored. She enjoys the suffering of others, has an extremely dark sense of humor, and has a pretty sarcastic overall way of speaking to others. She is not scared of Black Hat, although she is intrigued by the mystery that surrounds him and will dig into secrets she should keep her nose out of, only to have him harm her in some way and increase the security measures surrounding whatever she was trying to dig into. She is intimidated by what he can do, but it's not in fear, and rather just in logical thinking. She isn't really the most ladylike either. She's not as hygienic as I imagine Black Hat is (he looks like a dapper fellow, and hygiene doesn't determine how evil someone is in my opinion), but is also way more hygienic that Dementia. I don't know if that counts as a personality trait, but oh well.

~OTHER~

- She can become ill, but terminal illness is like the common cold to her. When she is sick, however, she usually takes her time creating rather than destroying. For example: she draws and paints, although her work is pretty dark, and makes her own makeup (usually she only makes lipstick and liquid liner, and steals the rest). It has a paint-like consistency and is easy to splatter. This also makes it easy to run, but she doesn't really care.
- She helps Dementia dye her bangs so it doesn't get everywhere.
- She did get on the bad side of Black Hat once, and it resulted in them fighting constantly.
- Flug, during his morning rounds, hears crashing and things breaking and sounds that sound like either of their powers coming from Black Hat's office, and his first reaction is "Oh... OH NO..." because that means he'll have to help patch her up later and usually her injuries are pretty bad.
- She can't feel pain unless it is inflicted by someone not of this world.
- She keeps the only photo to ever exist of her family before the Hero incident in her room.
- She allows few people in her room, and only if it is absolutely necessary or she's in a good mood (which is almost never).
- There are times where her powers go haywire when she is in a full on rage and it causes damage to the building, but this is rare.
- She is based off of some lyrics from multiple songs, such as "You've got your finger on the trigger, but your trigger finger's mine." from "COPYCAT" by Billie Eilish ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=ebb5Ai… ), and "Just shut your dirty mouth, if I could burn this town I wouldn't hesitate to smile while you suffocate and die! Well that would be just fine! Oh what a lovely time, that it would surely be. So bite your tongue and choke yourself to sleep!" from "CHOKE" by I DON'T KNOW HOW BUT THEY FOUND ME ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=mvJjmW… ) (which is such a dark song with a too upbeat sound to it, but I love it anyway).
- She would be open to any type of music, but is fond of older music like what The Ink Spots makes.
- Has different outfits for every day unlike most cartoon characters (remember how at some point Kim Possible changed outfits every episode? It's like that).

She has to be the most difficult villain character I've ever created to write for purely because I have no idea what the limitations this show has, and also this show is for children regardless of how dark it is (kind of similar to how The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy and Invader ZIM was with exploring dark topics), and I'm not used to writing stuff like this, but it was a fun challenge. Keep in mind this information will change depending on what new information comes out between now and when the series starts airing to when it eventually ends, but this is all the information I have for now.
