The darkness is calmingfluid and graceful.
it wraps
its arms around me,
holding so
tightly
afraid to lose control,
but still a comforting
embrace
i breathe in.
the scent of the moon
fills my lungs
my heart
and
my head
starts to pound
as
reality grips me
tighter than the
darkness

Ooh How does one type that word? Its Boo without the "b". I'll never know. But thats the word im using to open this. "it wraps, its arms around me" is in the Death cab song "soul meets body", although used for the sun instead of the darkness, so i guess that wasnt intended. ANYWAYS. Very nice. If it weren't for the cool line ending style it would be a very warm feeling poem, but the random cuts makes it weirdly overwhelmished. Yes, thats a word. Yes, I just lyed about that being a word.
