Personally i tihnk the texturing is the highlight of this image. i think you should perhaps blend the bottom of the head and hand into the background though...
I tihnk u should also make a series of these images using different elements - eg. watersoul, firesoul etc...that would be awesome!
Anyway, top notch work alter as usual

the central figure reminds me of dhalsim from sf2. consequently, i think you could enhance this by adding some kind of indian theme to the bkg of this. just a thought.

Altermind you do maya a great favour.
Really fantastic expression on the woman's face and the textures (both on her and the background are great)
A few things I would change:
1) possibly blend the joins of the neck and arm to the BG, or fade them out. (not sure how it would look)
OR
have small portions of the grungy BG texture overlap slightly the extremities of the woman.
2) Remove the highlights from the left side of the ear, they make it seem disconnected from the head.

Very cool..but for some reason that head doesn't seem to fit really well with the grunge, maybe if it had one layer of grungy texture above it. Now it looks too clean. But very nice render.
