Artbreeder.com is an AI-based imaging program. It isn't perfect, but lord it does produce some really nice results once you get the hang of it.

I had finally managed to break away from this TIME-SINK of a website, until Norman and Trent decided they were going to be critical elements to the second half of the series, and I was forced to actually put thought into their designs. . . . I'm not disappointed with the results, though. Finalized a design for Aurelio/Oriillo while I was at it.

Technically, all art created in Artbreeder is public domain, so these are . . . rough images for reference purposes. Some of these faces are incomplete for that reason. I do plan to go back and draw most of my characters, since, like, actually drawing your characters allows you to fix the little details that Artbreeder can't quite manage.

This should give you a pretty fair idea of my cast, though. Bernard is the main character, until Mike takes over. Zick has his own book, and technically functions as a secondary main throughout the series.

Note that many of these characters are shapeshifters. That's why Loren has two faces, because he has a complicated relationship with the first one, and eventually switches to another body.
