The Starved are just like you, me, or anyone else. They want. They want to eat their fill, they want to love and be loved, they want to return to the world that they were taken from...
The Starved, like the Heckler, are a Waking Nightmare so they cant physically harm their target but thats not their goal. They want you to see them even if it scares you, they want to be witnessed, they want you to witness their sorrow for the world they long to return to. While in the presence of the Starved your fear and worry turn into starvation and you start to eat everything you can, but when there is nothing the Starved will offer its flesh to you. You eat and eat not realizing that youre eating away at yourself. Not long after you parish with your stomach being full of you. When you awaken instead of the afterlife you find your skin a pale blue with three long fingers and you start to weep as you are now they longing to return to the world you were taken from.

Its been a while since I made a creature design and unlike the other two where I used a more Dead Space-esque look I went for something you'd likely see in Silent Hill.
