This is a collaberation with tf-the-lost-seasons.deviantart… . He wanted a redesign for Jesse Quick for his DC Fan Comic, "What Happened to New Earth?". Which you can find here: dc-newearth.deviantart.com/
He wanted me to do a costume that is a combination of Johnny Quick & Liberty Bell, Jesse's parents. I'll admit though, this was a bit of a doozy to think up. I looked at both costumes and was piecing together a good combination. Then after about over half an hour of raking my brain, I figured that it could be similar to Johnny Quick's costume, with some of the color palette of Liberty Belle. I was thinking of putting a red cape on her to reference her mother, but then I figured it could get in the way when she's fighting such as getting snagged.
This is just the first version, so if you disagree with the look, I can change it.
