you maybe should look closer att genesis in doc. Why?, it is the singer gackt. If you want better details of his cape, look at the music video redemption. The cape is pretty close.

This is a copy of the black and white costume design by Nomura Tetsuya, (from which Gackt's costume was made) so it is accurate, sadly, credit is not as obvious as it should be.
