In todays TV shows, Comics, Movies, etc Warner Bros DC have forgotten or are just too Lazy to include the S shield on the capes of such important characters like Superman, Supergirl, Krypto, Superboy, Steel, Superwoman. For me the Red cape without the S shied is just another random generic superhero. Villains and Enemies should be able to see the wonderful symbol not just from front but the back of the Superman Family of heroes. This is why I truly appreciate those who include the symbol in their works. Superman The Movie with Christopher Reeve and Supergirl with Helen Slater costumes were both done perfectly because they included the S Shield on their capes.
