As he withered down and roughed up the suit he basically tore(?) them off-. Now that he's looking at an old picture of his suit he regrets adding the tits on it. Now he's going to remember that the suit he's stuck in had tits originally. Now, The offical SpringBonnie/Trap is a male. He used the male SpringBonnie suit for performing as he didnt like the female suit, I can see why.
