I see lots of potential here. Now, either make it look like a flat stained glass mosaic, or add volume and some realism.

Nice work, very good details. Is this high-renaissance, or early modern? The clothing is sometime around 1400-1600, I think... but I'm not an expert in these things. Lovely architecture in any case.
