Here's a look at some of the flash artwork I've been working on for a halloween-themed game that I want to develop one day.

A friend and I created a very basic game called "Pumpakshun" and it was a single minion-filled boss battle. It was never quite what it could have been. This time, I want to make a much more well-rounded game. It's going to be a unique cross-genre experience. Incorporating aspects of classic point and click adventure games with 2D side-scrolling shoot-em-up action.

You are Darius. After returning home from killing an evil hoard of demon pumpkins, Darius finds that the woman he loves has been brutally murdered at the hands of the acolytes that summoned the demonic pumpkins. When Darius persists in telling the authorities exactly what happened he finds himself locked in an asylum for the criminally insane. Two years later, on halloween night, pumpkins start attacking the city. Darius must escape the asylum and put a stop to this madness. Along the way, he will be assisted by his undead cat Mr. Pickles. Sent by the Grim Reaper to help collect the souls of the innocent stolen by the demonic forces each time they kill.

I will eventually need to assemble a team of game developers to help bring this to fruition. I'll need a programmer (possibly more than one) skilled at utilizing flash-based graphics and animation. I'll also need a sound effects and music developer. As far as music I want to have eery/atmospheric music and when the action picks up I want to hear a cross between retro 8-bit music, metal and dubstep.

I'm wondering if "Telltale games" would be interested in assisting in the development and marketing.
