When I was thinking of events that would happen in the Disney fic I'm writing, I also had relationships in mind. Specifically, how things change when Tinkerbell is introduced in the story. Mainly because the personalities that meld and clash once that happens.

As a friend of mine put it (quite well): "[Tinkerbell] is feisty and sassy and kind of a bitch mostly, but i love that about her. She won't take shit from anyone. If her you mess with her shit she'll mess with your shit."

Jiminy, on the other hand, is more cautious and knowledgable. He usually thinks before jumping into things. That's not to say that he's a stick-in-the-mud; he has fun, but he doesn't interfere with anything, especially on his own account. That being said, he'll try to at least guide others away from doing certain things.

Timothy is almost a perfect mesh of those two personalities. He's feisty, yes, and sometimes he doesn't really think of his immediate actions. Still, he plans out others and gives advice/his opinion when he feels it's needed. But even though he's like both of them, there's still a bit of originality in him that makes him who he is.

Now if only he can really stop those two from arguing as much as they do... (Don't worry, they get better.)
