Here's number 3 of my 13 monsters, a zombie with a gangster themed twist.

It was hard to say what drove Morte “The Madman” Milano insane. Tragic childhood? Torture? It didn't matter anymore to him, as his unhinged attitude made him one of the most notorious gangsters during the prohibition era, infamous for aiming in one direction and opening fire until his chosen target was dead. It didn't matter what was in his path. Civilians, explosives, his own gang, he'd expend whatever ammo was needed to get what he wanted. Eventually, even his immunity as a made man couldn't save him, as the hire ups in the Buchani Crime Family conspired to end his reign of carnage. With a simple pay off, members from a rival gang gave him a pair of cement shoes and sent him to sleep with the fishes in the city's deep, muddy river. Over time, that river became the dumping ground for chemical plants and unknown hazardous materials, and combined with the jolt of a dying battery, his corpse reawakened and climbed out of the river. The bodies of four chemical plant workers were found riddled with bullet wounds, but no bullets could be found. The city didn't know it, but Morte "The Murky Madman" was roaring back for a new criminal rampage…
