Hehe, I'm now one of the eighthundred-and-something people that added this picture to their favorites. I absolutely adore this picture, it's so calm, and yet so potent. And the details are extreme! I especially like the two birds she has on her belt, and her expression. And the way her skin stands out from the rest of the picture.. oh deary.. Magnificently glorious!

This is the most realistic anime I've ever seen. I remember one day when I accidently discovered how to do folds like that and then could never do them again........*sad* but this makes up for it. ^_~ I love the dead birds. something about them is special. Makes me happy. ^_^
(and do know of any tutorials so I could re-learn those realistic fabric-folds??)

I just love it so much Im ganna keep commenting on it until it sticks! Everything about this painting is so subtle yet the varity of the tangencies, angles, and contrasts make this an image I can stare at until my eyes brake. I can picture her casualy getting up to narrowly dodge a train like its just the wind. Or maybe shes suicidal, but that thaught is deppressing. I wonder what the birds are for, food, decoration, voodo? Anyway, it's great for many other specific reasons, but I dont want to be a blog hog.

Now i know lots of folks have praized this one for how good your skill is and such... and don't get me wrong, you are AMAZING... but this one seems to have... well more depth to it then your other works. Alot of them look the same. Portraits. This could be called a portrait too... but it has a lot of mediforical value to the composition and small elements you placed in it. And it seriously hit home for me as a visual representation of how I feel about my life right now. Thank you. You have given me alot to think about.
