The toy unfolds and the panels more or less invert on 3 very tight joints. the top assembly can rotate a bit, each leg has a very tight pair of ratchet joints on top, I wouldn't recommend messing with them too much due to its age (23 years or so) Its significantly more elaborate than any of the other toys in the series, and fits together almost perfectly unlike the bone tank.
