Well, now I need to make a ref sheet for this guy now. No funny story origin this time, I drew one of my friends characters (That I unintentionally gave him) in a cool pose.
Oh, and a binge of a crapload of KOF soundtracks to really get me in the mood and headspace to draw. That's why the background looks like a fighting ring layout somewhere in the world.

Going big on the canvas always pays off, it seemed daunting at first, but being able to equally draw without zooming in feverishly is a great advantage. Don't be afraid to use the entire canvas! You might find your mistakes easier. Also so you don't choke when your piece doesn't come out hot on the first try. Never expected my previous submission to get that much love.
