I can only say try another version, try changing the screen size and try changing the format you are rendering to.

It's fine if I leave it the default screen size, but when I change it, it turns black... :/ It even happened when I tried to unzip a new MMD copy; latest version.

You need to rename the folder and the model file to the basic English letters. C:

No offense but you don't need guide book you need some common seance and remove any and all NON-ENGLISH FONT's in in the pmd files and the folders the model is in.
Or you can change your compy/lappy to Japanese... why do people make such a big deal about nothing?(a.k.a: do you really need a tutorial?)

(before i say anything else I'm sorry I yelled I have an infection in my teeth so it hurts T_T)
If the model file it self has no non-basic-English characters then you must rename any or all folders that it is in that may include anything other then the letters and numbers on a basic English keyboard.
If that does not work then you may just try putting the content of the folder on your desktop and see if that works.
