Fun fact: I actually tried to make this comic with only my index fingers. Keyword here is tried. Turns out it is impossible since at a certain point, I needed to hit 3 keys at once.

Anyways, the Index and their prescripts are one of those weird things that seem sinister at first, then you think about it for a minute and that you thing they are kind of hilarious.....then you think for another minute, and you realize they are even more horrifying then before. I mean, the idea of this group giving out seemingly nonsensical orders that still somehow benefits them, no matter how insane they sound is quite disturbing. Not to mention how freaking vague they are at times.
