The original picture looks really cool - except for the bad quality. Webcam and image manipulations don't work together. Especially the green-tinted noise looks really awkward, the smudge/soften brush or gaussian blur might help. But the position is really cool and the way everything fades into darkness. The composition could be a bit better though. I like the way how the face has been manipulated.
