The members of former NATO, the Authoritarianists and the Non-Alligned Nations:

Ex NATO States are dominated by individualism and consumerism, a lot like media like Cyberpunk 2077 pictures it.
On the other hand, the Authoritarianist states are a lot less fancy and a lot more dystopian. Surveilliance and Corruption dominate the daily lives, and grass roots existance could be a lot better compared to the world of mirrors edge, if you replace every black and white police cruiser with a hoverlada and place the city somewhere at the black sea.

The non-alligned nations have neither of these extremes, but also dont get the benefits of the economic powerhouses.
While there is the most diversity in political systems here, there is not a lot of perspectives in terms of high earning of high prestige jobs. Life is most comparable to how it was 200 years ago.

EXNATO:

The North American Corporate Sector, formerly the US and Mexico, are the political Heart of the Ex-NATO Block.
Life there is the american dream on steroids, you get rich or die trying.
To the north lay Canada and Alaska, which are more alligned with the European Union than with the North American Corporate Sector.
However, the mutual defense agreement still stands, thus Canada can rely on american support in case of war.
The EU, now being a superstate formed from most European Member States, is still a democracy as compared to the american Corpocracy, thus their relationships are a bit more strained than with canada and alaska.
The SAU is a Union comparable to the EU in the 21st century, which puts relations with the EU to a slight strain as they are experiencing the same problems with nationalism and interstate-conflict the EU is experiencing today.
Australia and NZ are historically more bound to Europe than to Asia, which made them part of NATO.
Cuba is still the most authentic experience when it comes to oldschool revolutionary lifestyle, now brought to you by Disney Universal.
