yeah, magic ;Dpuff! i guess this covers the basic understanding on how to do these magical shiny bubbles :] to add, you can always do this your way and take out of my tutorial whatever fits your approuch... hope its helpful!

i'm glad you decided to do this tutorial. it's people like you who help me come out of my 'colour inside the lines' thinking in my pictures. you may think this is a basic tutorial, but it's the combination of a bunch of these that make your works really come to life. i can hardly wait to try these out

Do you happen to know how to do those light circles?
You know on films when the camera points toward the sun and multicoloured cirles can be seen
I don't know how to describe them really

sun lens flare? ;] you can always try and immitate from any reference material [link]

Lens flares are pretty cool. I've only used them once, but it really made the picture.
Here's a tutorial on how to use them. They're really easy, but they're are infinite things you can do with so many of the effects in photoshop!
