Very nice work with the colour and good effort on the whole work. what stand out more from this is the simplicity of the work. with the plus side of of simple texture to give it a more distant feeling.( plus the over shadowed creatures add an interesting concept of mystery to their actual appearance of nature). my only criticism would be this. at first glance I wouldn't say i thought of a swamp. like aren't swamps quite damp areas with many wet marshes. besides this the work good.

yes your correct now that you mention it, compared to the less wet filled swamps mixed with the prospect of fantasy, then yes it understandable for the scene. Though may I ask why you choose to title it as a swamp? in other words what was your inspiration for the creation?

inspiration is a lot of things yet 'shrek-stylized' forest/swamp scenes and places is one of my favourite things to create ( also a nature in general ); as for a 'swamp' choise, it's more like a personal association.
