No, but he is very much attached to his cage mate..the other chameleon. They are very timid creatures...but absolutely facinating to watch!

I've never seen a chameleon before, here in Australia it's really rare to find someone who keeps lizards or snakes, it'd be really interesting to actually see one one day, you're lucky to know someone with some!

Really??? I thought you guys had lots of creepy crawlies! Here in South Africa we have bucketloads of lizards, snakes, and frogs. As a child we had wild chameleons in our garden, I even had one staying close to a water outlet outside our house. I used to go and open the tap just slightly, then calmly I'll go hide out of sight and watch the little guy SLOWLY move closer to get a sip. These days we don't see a lot of them anymore though (I believe they are endangered now because of habitat reduction) so my sister in law was very lucky to get one as a pet.
PS: I'm adding you to my watch list

Haha we have tonnes and tonnes of tiny lizards and massive snakes but there are also a lot of laws preventing people to own native animals
I had a bobtail lizard friend in my backyard for a few weeks, we fed him and gave him water sometimes, and he ate all the crickets in our backyard XD It would be so amazing to see a chameleon in real life, especially in your own backyard! That's the same here, we have really destroyed a lot of habitat here too
Thank you!! I'll add you as well!

Hehe,I thought as much since you guys live in the great big Aus!
We also have lots of laws that prevent us from keeping wild animals as pets, luckily my Sister in law got hers from a petshop.
Awe, a bobtail lizard..are they very big? We get huge lizards here called "likkewane" I don't know the English word for it but they get so big that they will eat birds and mice. We had one in our garden once that stole our cat's food
No probs, Thanks for the add, it is nice having a new animallover friend here on dA

Yeah sometimes you find the odd sea-horse in a pet shop here, or other animals you definitely wouldn't normally see in a pet shop
Bobtails are pretty small, they are bigger than the common tiny lizards you would see all the time, but not very big at all. They wouldn't get as big as the lizard you mentioned (I looked it up on google - it's MASSIVE!!) but we have one called the Perentie which I think would pretty much be equal in size with the likkewane.
We have a pair of pigeons that sit in our backyard and eat literally all the food we leave out for our cats! They go through about a bag of food a week, they eat more than the cats
The pictures of your cat are beautiful, she's really pretty!

It is cool that you guys have seahorses...wow! The Perentie looks pretty impressive and scary too! lol..Pigeons like cat food? I'll have to go try it out!
Thanks so much, I love my cat!

Ahaha I know, it's really annoying now though, they won't stop eating all the food! Lucky for them our cats don't hunt haha
Yeah, except we don't have many in the ocean anymore, people fished them out and tried to keep them captive but they just die when their taken out. It's really sad
