Description
Promt Set: Wolf
Your tokota must find their way through a treacherous mountain pass filled with many dangerous obstacles. Depict them facing and conquering these threats, included but not limited to predators, other tokotas, natural disasters or human interference.
Second RoD for Iki! Gosh I'm seriously getting through these at a turtle's pace, gonna try and pick it up and have these done soon~
Also if you haven't read his first RoD I'm love it if you guys did! Its kind of lengthy, but definitely my most favorite story that I've wrote <3
Jerry's hood also turned out much more fluffier than I had intended, butttt his coat is supposed to be kind of large at this point..
I meant to write a longer piece about this one, but alas I just have run out of time ;;
The road back towards home had so far been a rough one. To make matters even worse a heavy blizzard began to settle in which made navigating over the mountains next to impossible. Jerry could feel his strength waning with every passing mile; he hadn’t had a decent meal in days or a well-rested night’s sleep. The fight with the poachers the days before had taken more out of him than he had thought, not to mention the punch to his head by the one poacher had still been giving him a lot of pain. He also had no idea where they were at and it began to feel like they had been trekking over the mountains for what seemed like forever. Of course he didn't doubt Iki's abilities to get them back home, but with how strong the blizzard was beginning to get, it made even a Tokota's tracking abilities obsolete.
It has been days, at least, since they escaped from the poachers and Iki could feel himself getting wearier with each passing step. Worse than that he also began to sense that they were lost as so far the return journey home was taking much longer than the journey to the poacher’s camp had been. Though he still tried to retain control of the situation Iki could feel his confidence lessening as well as his sense of direction. Regardless he knew that he had to get Jerry home soon or to a safer location out of the wind and snow. Jerry hadn't said much since they escaped and wasn't behaving in his normal self. However they all hadn't slept or ate much since their adventure began and Iki wondered if his behavior was from a lack of such. He still worried about him though and knew that the cold wind and snow weren't helping at all. He knew that they would need to find shelter soon but so far the mountains they were crossing offered very little to no comfort of any sort.
