Description
As promised, here it is! I tried not to rush too much. I'm still a little unsure about the white gradient idea, it looks bland against the light-blue coat (should I revisit it?) and the dark tints on the wings, but I'm going to hope for the best.

The Design
The criteria's all marked - she's a pegasus with icy-blue eyes, all-blue, bubbly and bright, with a sweet teardrop-shaped mole that I applied as markings throughout her body, especially the white areas. You said you liked dark to blue contrasts, so I peppered some darker colours: most notably the markings, the hooves, the wings and the middle-cut hair that's all wavy but not too curly. She's certainly fluffy, with the poof on her chest, her cute hamster tail, her pony-puff ears and the feathery hair. She certainly appears a bit like a deer, as I designed her in a way that mimics arctic creatures. She can be described like a warm wool, too, despite the cool colours.

I based her design on 'Livia' as well. Like the length of her hair, the shape of the eyes (tweaked with my own style) and the character she comes across as: a beauty filled with compassion and love, but keeps in her melancholia as shown in her muted and cool colour palette, the teardrop markings and how her hair covers a side of her face.
