Frostbite’s second starter, the Chikorita left in the Lab after Totodile and Cyndaquil were chosen. She was almost stolen by the unnamed rival, but he was stopped by Undertow and Igneous. During the assault, the Pokeball is dropped, and Undertow doesn’t let it go until the rival is gone. Undertow and the Chikorita hit it off quite well, and Basil joins Frostbite’s team. Like the others, she stays in her middle stage for the longest amount of time. She tag teams with Undertow the most.
