Reina is a servant to the royal family that Milla watches over.
Reina doesn't actually server the family rather she serves the Genesis.
The Genesis being Milla, Marson, Mana, Melody, Fine, Celenara, Victory, Hachi, Shay and Min, Hana and Cienna.
Pokémon in order of names (because I haven't drawn all of the Genesis yet ): Mew, Marshadow, Manaphy, Meloetta, Phione, Victini, Jirachi, Shaymin (obviously), Hoopa, and Diancie.

She is the only one who can calm him down.
