this is actually pretty old but i .... can't find any evidence I ever uploaded it to my normal dA? maybe i just uploaded it to twitter and forgot about it lol
anyway, this was a quick illustration to show glitch's chaos liquid isn't bound to the normal shape. It can flow and distort, though it only ever becomes "loose" like this (flowing freely, with independent globules) during times it's in its casing. It tends to stay pretty contained within itself when it's out of its chassis.
