Description
During the carnival, all the rules are looser. Under the guise that it's all a non-serious game, you can earnestly be yourself. You can act out what you wouldn't talk to anyone about, and no one talks about it. All the more so during summer carnival. That takes place here at night when the temperatures are balmy but bearable. There's a lot to see in the darkness. I'm a photographer so I see a lot with camera in hand. Without flash of course so I am running through all my old photos now that Topaz has released a really effective noise correction. But this photo is from a few days ago. For young people, carnival twice a year is the big try out.
