Description
She was a rock climber and loved nature. I shot this on Little Presque Isle in Lake Superior, using an extremely wide lens to sweep all of nature around her, and captured it in infrared for the magical tonalities.

A very different interpretation of a very ancient Eurasian myth. It's interesting if you think of the woman as the "earth mother" idea (as in Turkic mythology) you have the earth and the sky!
