I've been working on this pen and ink drawing for the past three days or so. It's gradually coming together and I am determined to leave some open spaces in this one!My pens of choice for this one are 0.35 and 0.25 Rotring Rapidographs. The paper is smooth, heavyweight, acid-free cartridge paper from Daler-Rowney, A4 in size so the drawing is a little smaller than that.
I've added a coloured background digitally, along with some fast and dirty highlights/shadows to give myself an idea of where I want to go with this one. The red background is temporary.
