Okay, I didn't really get to shade in this part, but I will, eventually, in the upcoming ones

I did it after learning the overall placement of the muscles on the wolf, and turning them into geometrical shapes

It's alright, it actually is a bit complicated, but it gets easier as you practice, it comes more natural
