Yay! I made it! After several requests from friends, I made an eye tutorial! 8D You will have a behind-the-scenes look at how I make my eyes so shiny and animu-like. And since I only used a mouse to do this, anyone can do it! All you need is Photoshop 7.0 and a little variety. ^___^Related content

i can't find the highlight tool:[

It is the 14th tool down. It's called the dodge tool. Looks like a lollipop ^ lol. If the 14th doesn't look like that just right click whatever is there and select it from the menu. Then you set the range to highlight (look near the top below the bar with file, edit and everything).
