Theme: 9 Drive
Amber and a new Pokemon OC.
His name is Cain. He was created to be Amber's closest friend and biggest rival. He specializes in Ghost, Psychic, and Dark Pokemom. As such, Amber is always trying to surpass him. (He's not necessarily better than her, but there is a bet between them to see who gets all eight Jhoto badges first.)
