I most make this clear first: ME POSTING THIS HERE DOESN'T MEAN THE COMMISSION ARE OPEN YET. this is just so you can have a idea of what i will be charging, the rules for the commissions and how i will be managed them. So pleas read the guidelines carefuly.

Just like the last time, to let you know that i'm ready for taking request i'll post a journal with the number of slots available and deadline to summit your request. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

also i can't stress this enough: i will ignore all request made before i post the journal and after the deadline has been met.
