While this is usually cleaning duty, or testing out dangerous products, sometimes Clemtine will have Faust go out and risk her safety in dangerous climates to see if there is potential for opening a new shop. Today the cold north ice caps are rthe destination, where the Dragons used to reside when they were alive, maybe new people took over the towns when they died out?
