I looked at the original in your link. That is some stunning retouching. Even the girl's face is unrecognizable but still believable. You wouldn't think they were the same person, not even related.

I love the end result very much. Definitely a fav!

Hey man you can use the channel mixer to do more drastic color changes (in this case green --> red). You can also do a color fill layer using "hue" as the blending mode. But nice work, especially on the hair

Love it! Been doing the same lately, retouching photographs and adding on to them some digital drawing. I like the colors of the dress, these colors are very up-to-date right now.

That looks pretty good, 'specially the BG, but the red/green contrast just makes no sense.
