By ordering you accept all of these

- You may NEVER claim the design was made by you or anybody else. If you redesign the character, please still credit me as the og designer. This does not mean you have to credit me every time you post them, but tell people who designed it if asked about it
- I am completely allowed to publicly post the design, if I do, it will be on my DeviantArt with my other examples. You will not be outed as the owner unless asked, but you can let people know it's yours with a comment, which I'll confirm. Despite posting the design I will never revoke it, it's now yours, it's simply to keep a gallery of my works!
- ALL of my designs will be basemade until I am comfortable with my art, as long as the basemakers ToS allows for such. You can send me a base you'd like me to use, or I'll pick one out myself (if I'm not entirely sure which to choose I'll send you some options)
- I will not do designs that relate to a fetish (or a trigger of mine). I'm a minor.
- You may not order a custom with the intent of selling it for more, profiting off others who like the design, or putting it up as an adopt. I completely understand if you don't connect to a design, in which case, please tell me!! If it's not finished or just finished without payments, you won't have to pay for the design, and I'll put it up for sale instead! I'll also allow design returns if it's been like a day, but I'm not always able to refund, which I'll just advise to put them up for sale yourself, which you can do regardless, as long as it's not the intent! (this one's confusing please lmk if you need clarification)
- You may NOT give the design to anybody on my blacklist. Blacklist is here
- I'm completely allowed to refuse or cancel an order, in which case, you will not have to pay.

Discounts:
- If I am redesigning an oc, giving an oc from a game or form of traditional art a digital version, the commission will be half off
- I will sometimes do discounts for special events, where I'm raising money for something
- Repeat clients/friends may get a discount!! Please do not ask for one tho, asking won't get you one
