Agents Application Sheet
▹ You can find the PNG file here .
▹ The font used on this application sheet can be found here .
Written portion should include
Alias: ( Who are they known as in public? )
Name: ( If the Agency even knows it. )
Occupation: ( Are they a mercenary, serial killer, terrorist or something completely else? Additionally, you may add their cover-up job of their civilian life, if they have one. )
Preferred Rank: ( This is the danger rating of your Enemy. This does not mean it’s based on their strength alone, it’s a rating the Agency gives them based on their crimes and methods. We will give you a rank in the end, but we will look at what you prefer as well. Please keep it reasonable and do not make them a 5, when it is uncalled for. Ranks range from 1 – 5 with 5 being the most dangerous, meaning they are likely to kill. )
Associations: ( Do they work for an organization that the Agency is aware of or perhaps a different kind of business? Perhaps they even work together with other enemies known to the Agency? )
Ability: ( The Agency might only be able to suspect it, if it hasn’t been actively witnessed yet. In this case, maybe you could just add some hints here. E.g. Suspected to manipulate wind or Has an affinity for Water. )
Personality: ( You are allowed to only give some hints here as well as the Agency would try to make a profile of them and make sense of their actions. E.g. Seems to have sociopathic tendencies or Enjoys inflicting harm on others. )
Common Crimes: ( What kind of crimes have they done before and how did they execute them? )
Area of Criminal Activity: ( Country, City, specific area etc. )
History: ( Not everything in this section can be taken for the truth. The Agency might have done research on them but it could be they took on various identities throughout their lives and thus, it is hard or even impossible to properly track them. )

/o/ For anyone having troubles trying to type inside the type boxes (like punctuation teleporting to the start of the line and any otherwonky things), please set up your Photoshop settings like so.
In the menu bar, go to Type > Language Options > Click Middle Eastern Features
Then you select your type layer, go to the Paragraph Panel and click the ►¶ button, instead of the one selected with the arrow pointed backwards.
And done! Your type should type normally now.
