Personally, I happen to be a fan of "long-view" cityscapes. Having "too much" (in this case, buildings) can actully take away from a shot like this- It's mainly psychological haha- You think of city and you think of sky scrapers OR bustling streets OR run-down areas. You usually don't cluster them into one mental image so keep that in mind when taking your shots or editing them. For example, in this shot you may want to try shaving off some more of the bottom. Do you see the white-ish building that is near the center about a third up off the bottom? If you crop from the top of that building straight down, you reduce your frame to the tall buildings with the sky overhead (which has really soft, beautiful colors by the way!).
Again, that critique is just an opinion I have but it could definitely add some visual interest to this awesome work!

This is a beautiful Picture of Seattle! I love it ! its kinda breathtaking in a way.
