[UPDATE - APRIL 2011] Due to popular demand I have updated this pattern package with the complete set of flattened, tileable PNG images. You can use these with various programs such as GIMP, or even embed them in your websites for background use!

Here is a highly requested set of patterns. Now you can't say you don't have any good metal mesh patterns
I use these in my interfaces ect. I made them using Photoshop, some images and a few styles. All styles tile together seamlessly
Enjoy, and don't hurt yourself

What version of Photoshop are you trying to load them on?

You were right - the file loaded after downloading a second time - thanks! And btw - I admire your generosity in allowing others to use these stunning patterns with such little restriction. Am just learning myself and trying to contribute what I can also - which brings to mind... Have you considered doing a tutorial? Being able to create something like this myself would be fantastic. Tutorials take a considerable amount of time. I do them when I actually have the time but these days that is very rarely. I wish the days had more hours in them, I'd love to do it all haha

But can you tell me why Photoshop says it can't load the file (file name is 'invalid' and can't change the file's name) ?
I'm using CS4Extended V.11

hmm, I'm not sure. Did you try re-downloading it? Maybe the file was corrupted during your download and it can't read it correctly. If so, I'll look into it later today after work
