Kentaro is the grandson of Kisaragi Kotashime, the creator of the Romantic Clock Tower. His little sister is Miyuki Kotashime, a Phantom Gear who grants him the ability to utilize lightning magic through the Phantom Pact or contract. Regarded as a loner, Kentaro's known for being easily irritable, cruel and a complete jerk, but he's also very protective of those he's close with. He has personal issue with Masaru and the two are typically considered rivals or nemesis.
