The Air Chariot was first released boxed in U.S. toy stores in 1986, along with the Cobra Emperor, Serpentor . It was also sold in 1987 and was discontinued domestically in 1988.In 1988, the Air Chariot was available with Serpentor as a mail-order offer from Hasbro Direct.
