This is really exceptional. I genuinely prefer the design of the 'new' Kratos, his armor and general demeanor are far more dynamic and more aesthetically pleasing. The sword is just fucking awesome and the choice to make it blue an interesting and effective one especially considering the contrast with the rest of the colour scheme. The backdrop and skyline are beautiful, fitting and give the piece a properly epic feel. As for negative aspects, take into consideration that I love the piece and that these are relatively minor complaints, there are two. The first is the silhouettes of soldiers and spears at the bottom because I've seen this technique in virtually every ancient war painting or promotion made in the last ten years and it seems to be a relatively uninspired way to make a piece look finished. The second is to do with the three lumbering figures in the background, although they do work to give depth as I'm sure they where intended the form of the figures themselves lack elegance or interest in their shape and placing. Nevertheless the Gods of War themselves reek attitude and attention to detail and some elements maybe slightly lacking in originality are easily made up for with buckets of character.

I would have written a critique but I'm not a premium member, these are the thoughts of someone who has never played god of war before, finally, well done!

If one Kratos basically slaughtered all the gods and basiclaly put all mythical creatures into the extinction list, imagine what two would do? nice work.
