Okay, let me take a breath here⦠*inhale*
So, some time ago, there was somebody in Japan (or China, I know it was some Asian country) who tried getting a bootleg of Revenge of the Sith before it came out. So, they had to translate the dialogue themselves, and they obviously got some stuff mixed up. One of the most famous blunders was at the end when the Emperor tells Vader that he killed Padme, and instead of shouting out the laughably awful "NOOOO!!!" the guy translated it as "DO NOT WAAAANT!!!!"
This leaked out onto the internet shortly afterwards, and thus, I have now heard of it.
So, that's what the "Do not want" rant was about! If you thin about it in context, this picture is that much funnier.
