Okay, I'm not knocking your art style because the drawings themselves look great. My problem is the context. The girl just walks into a room, and suddenly turns into a kangaroo? One must ask; What the hell?! The explanation I can come up with is there was something in the air that caused the transformation, but then why didn't the other woman change? Also, RAPID PREGNANCY!!! Then it just ends.
I'm not a regular follower of your work so maybe I'm missing something here. Perhaps there was an explanation for a transformation before as there were clearly shreds of left over clothing. Either way, I will at least say that I do like your art style. It's just that stories don't appear to have any rhyme nor reason to them. Again, maybe I'm missing something and need to further examine your work to gain a better understanding of it. Good job on the transformation though.

Well, here is a story if you are satisfied:
The company is an exotic breeder/ exotic pet seller company, and they are looking for breeders/ people to take care of the animals. And then, the vents release a transparent gas just enough amount for people to fully transform, and the amount of gas can be modified based on how many people are in the room, once the gas is inhaled, the transformation starts, and embarrassment is a main factor for the fertility, it boosts the fertility effects, once they transform, they can live their normal life but, just as a pregnant anthro female animal, and once they transform and give birth, if they want to, they can become pregnant again, or become another pregnant animal, or they can just quit, which if they decide to quit the gas will effect their memory and their memories of what happened to them will be altered to them having good and bad times as a breeder looking after various animals, mostly a normal version of the animal(s) they've been transformed into and live their normal life, and nobody is able to share info about what the company truly does, because if they do, the memory loss thing happens.
Or a very fucked up version where they are kept as breeding slaves for the rest of their life without actual payment, but thats the fictional version (like a myth)

There's a previous comic with the same scenario, here. This is a facility that occasionally has job offerings: These people get hired in, unknowingly the job is turning them into a bit of a breeder for whatever animal they're changed into. This is the 'waiting room', where people are sent after being given the injection that changes them. The other woman is the CEO and has quite a bit of magical power as well as scientific prowess.
